Let’s start… one early morning at former Suit, KATIE’s house. She’s up doing her pre-run routine… making coffee and getting caught up on her reading (on the SLABBY THING) in the kitchen when she hears sounds from upstairs.

INT. KATIE’S WESTSIDE HOUSE
KATIE
Huh… That’s not his heater. Too early for that.
[Note: Her husband, GEAR GUY has a heater that starts up automatically every morning.]
Her curiosity got her moving… upstairs towards the sound.
KATIE INNER
The printer? How is…?
Entering the office, she sees a pile of paper stacked up. Then a voice comes up from behind.
MR SQUEEK
Uh… Sorry Tootsie… Too noisy? My bad.
KATIE
Uh… Good morning? Mr Squeek… you…
She points towards the door as she addresses the WANDER / WONDER KAT, MR SQUEEK.
KATIE
Let yourself in…?
He’s got a huge smile on his face.
MR SQUEEK
Uh… Never left… Your Gear Guy invited me to … Well… here I am…
Katie shakes her head and smiles.
KATIE
Of course… here you are… printing… at like OH-DARK-HUNDRED…
MR SQUEEK
Well… I knew YOU were awake and your Gear Guy … sleeps through everything, so why not?
KATIE

She reaches over to collect the printouts.
KATIE

KATIE

As she’s flipping through the pages, she pauses.
KATIE

MR SQUEEK

KATIE
Yeah… You have the blank side available for notes and … It’s just easier for reading… a better experience all around.
MR SQUEEK
If you say so… But… I promised the guys today. They have… They are… They SEE… ENCHANTED JUKEBOX potential. Seems this is like a mass produced version… leveraging today’s technologies…
Katie is studying the pages.
KATIE

She pauses.
KATIE
Where did you guys encounter it…?
MR SQUEEK

While he’s talking, Katie has grabbed her SLABBY THING and GOOGLED…
KATIE
Is this it? Cute otter! Wonder if… Inspired by… the surfboard stealing otter?
