This is the creative output of Ms KATIE (see previous Yosh!) that leverages MUSIC a means for making KARL THE FOG’s evil cousin disappear. You read correctly. Now why don’t you settle in for a delightful Tale that has smile inducing SOUNDTRACK? Truly! Enjoy!!! —The Gang
Note: We introduced “Yosh” in the post.
The Japanese word “Yosh” is used in manga to convey, “Alright, let’s go!” Or as they say in Katie’s household: “Go means go!”
Above is a short clip that says what we’re saying (and demonstrating): For sure, “yosh” is spontaneous and energetic—a verbal burst of enthusiasm or resolve. We believe if you embrace the DragonBustR Way and it becomes a Way of Life (interwoven), you may find yourself bursting with enthusiasm and resolve.
Now on with the story!
Let’s begin at the beginning…
STORYTELLER
Once upon a time… in a galaxy NOT FAR. FAR. AWAY… There came to be a natureful anomaly. The cute CITY OF MARTINEZ was engulfed in FOREVER FOG…
Perhaps evil cousin of KARL THE FOG… Who knows?
This EVIL CUZ… kinda settled in — Seemingly without intent of leaving, too.
Karth the Kuz of Karl…
FOG as SQUATTER?
Sure Martinez is cute and all, but not exactly a place FOREVER FOG should drop anchor. You see, the understanding of the citizens of The MTZ is that… IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY. Kinda like that TV show about PHILLY… And when others have their KARL moments — its the smiley happy people of Martinez rejoicing as they move happily through their day — walking on Sunshine. And… YES, it FEELS GOOD!
COMPOUNDING THE PROBLEM…

Furthermore… It’s CHRISTMAS … er… the HOLIDAY SEASON which is NOT SO delightful for retail employees because — the MUZAK
[Just a mention Mariah Carey can trigger scenes of unimaginable violence… or so it seems]
Make. It. Stop.

Enter the SHAWSHANK escape plan… NOT a spoon dig-out, but a musical ESCAPE… a CAPTIVATING BIT-O-JOY!

One day in the run-up to the holiday, and probably uh… Okay.. easily TEN plus days into KARTH THE FOG’s stay, a plan was hatched. A plan SO AWESOME that just the thought of it cheered the residents and workers in the MTZ.

So this catchy version by the AWESOME MS. ARETHA FRANKLIN… gets its MOMENT in a RETAIL ENVIRONMENT as some one… a GREMLIN perhaps (!?)… has managed to over-ride the sound system that is cranking out CHRISTMAS SONGS. And instead… Starting with ARETHA … and looping hers every 4 to 5 songs, is playing a whole slew of catchy tunes related to SUNSHINE and BRIGHTER DAYS.
Music IS the Doctor…
Now … understand that management has no idea where the music is coming from. In fact, they are now SO BUSY taking care of all the customers streaming in for their SUNSHINE fix (and ALSO crossing off items from the list of things that they’ve been meaning to pickup), that THEY.DON’T.CARE.
(Heck, they are singing along too… maybe even… dancing?? Whoa, right? -the editor)

So the MIRACLE IN THE MTZ, is that even KARL THE FOG’S squatter CUZ, could NOT deal with SO much happiness. He caught the AMTRAK back to the EAST somewhere… It is believed that KARL’S parting words to him were something like…

We are happy that KARL THE FOG knows his proper place in all things natureful… and folks have a healthy appreciation for… heck there’s a BEER in his honor at CALICRAFT!

So the MORAL of the story… Well, no moral but the take-away… is that community efforts… a banding together of folks to sing… SUNNY songs… Well … that’s just like a repellent to KARL’s EVIL CUZ.
