There’s a story behind the story! “Taming of the Chef” didn’t happen until a close encounter of a “couple kind.” Okay, that’s a stretch playing with language. What we want to do is talk about WHAT. HAPPENED. BEFORE. because, in our view, it is significant AND… something that may have a sort of ripple effect. Please read on! —The Gang
The influence of a vital person vitalizes…
As said by our Joey (AKA Joseph Campbell). He continued:
…a world without spirit is a wasteland.
We say, INDEED and SO TRUE!!
Now keep that in mind as this particular Tale is Told…
Enter the Source of the Inspiration…
It was LindaM who put the work of Chef Jose and the World Central Kitchen (WCK) on Annie’s radar during a friendly couples meetup at her house in Napa. As she spoke enthusiastically the organization, Annie got thinking about how we ALL can play an active role:
Taking care of people by feeding them…
So Annie went home and sketched out a story where this philosophy was put in action on a local level. And then she stepped away…

A story TO. BE. WRITTEN.
There was another couples meetup about a year later where Annie very much was thinking, “Need to show Linda the story she inspired!”
But again, life intervened and the story remained an outline in her stack.
Fast Forward to 8-months later and another meetup in Napa, but not a “Couples” one this time.
LindaM was the guest of honor though… just not physically present as her body QUIT OUT.
However, her SPIRIT lives on (and on). Obvious from hearing stories told by the people present that afternoon.
Now to circle back to what has transpired here at Jedemi.
The “Chef” piece is… TAMING OF THE CHEF.
A blocked out version — via KEYNOTE exported to YouTube — has been created and UNVEILED.
AND…
The story has landed in the best possible location: @TheSEA
RC the STORYTELLER, presently on a well-deserved break after treating weekly visitors to DUCKIN’ TALES and one about a “found hound” — Finn-Finn, has gotten a hint of WHAT. COMES. NEXT.
Not only that…
It seems that the WONDER / WANDER (WANDER/WONDER) KAT, Mr Squeek may get his wish…

It you hit the REWIND… way… WAY… back… You’ll find that Mr Squeek first interacted with former Suit KATIE in an effort to encourage her DRAWING endeavors (channeling her inner creative).
Initially, it was “The WORLD of JOY” that awaited her “SLABBY THING” (AKA iPad)…
The Slabby Thing & Sketches…
The intent was… projected into the universe. But as in the case of life (and life’s journeys), “opportunities” HAPPEN! in ways… unexpected.
Cool, right?
So this is a long-winded way of saying that…
TAMING OF THE CHEF is slated to be COMING SOON (-ish) to an upcoming Season of Stories @TheSEA.
There is a possibility, too, that Lady Katie will… make this TALE her first MANGA.
Whoa, right?
But for now, let’s just embrace this concept which also circles back to something POSTED here at Jedemi.

Well… most likely not. She was just doing what she does:
