AWSI Musings: Reality Bites at B-Dub…

Two words fit the recent trip we took to @BWWings in Concord, California: Clinical and Sterile.

Basically, it was nothing like the ads from an energy standpoint.

Big screens galore! But atmosphere? Forget about it. Sterile, clinical and robotic…

Too bad.

Also too bad is the fact that this particular location draws people visiting from other areas of the country looking to dine out at a familiar establishment. Out of state plates made for an easy “smash-and-grab” target in the parking lot.

AWSI, the B-Dub corporation should pay more attention to ensuring each of its outlets fully represent the brand from a hospitality and overall energy standpoint.

They should read this post and ponder buying the book.
